Managed Services
We offer managed Service Level Agreements for business clients that are tailored around your individual needs and requirements. This can include general maintenance of servers, computers and related hardware and software, network maintenance, backing up of data (on premises and cloud based) as well as providing internet connectivity and phone systems.
This can be provided as either a complete end-to-end solution or as individual services depending on requirements.
We are happy to discuss your IT needs and carry out a site audit to better advise what level of service will be appropriate for your business.
Data Backup and Recovery
If your computer fails, in many cases the data is still stored and able to be retrieved. Computer Aid can transfer your data to either another computer or onto an external hard drive, USB flash drive or other media.
If your computer's hard disk drive is damaged and the data cannot be readily accessed and needs to be recovered, we can perform a first level software based recovery. If that is unsuccessful, we can use our specialised forensic data recovery partner to get as much data back as possible.
Commercial Technology Support
Most small to medium sized businesses have limited in-house technology support resources, IT trained employees and time.
Computer Aid can advise and provide you with all levels of support for your servers, computers, network, telephony and other technology needs. We understand small business' IT requirements and as such we can advise on and implement the most suitable IT infrastructure for the smooth running of your business.
Support is provided by a combination of on premises visits, secure remote sessions or at our workshop dependent on the fault or issue. All these types of support can be bundled together with our other services into a managed Service Level Agreement, where the monthly fee is determined by the size and complexity of your site and the level of support you require.
While we are able to provide the best possible reliability and performance for your IT systems with a managed service, we also provide support on an ad hoc basis as and when required.
